Habe mal eine Supportanfrage direkt an Gracnote gesendet.

On my Cocktailaudio X50D lockup of CD data and cover via Gracenote does not work anymore, despite I have paid the license for 2 years in advance. My device ID is XXXXXXX
Can you please make the license work again?

I am contacting you directly since Cocktailaudio support does not answer.

Unfortunately Gracenote does not have any role in activating your device and we do not support consumer devices.

Sorry we can't be of more help but you'll need to contact whoever it is you've paid for this service to resolve any issues.

I am contacting you directly since Cocktailaudio support does not answer. I seems that the mother company Novatron went out of business. Since I paid for your service in advance, I am asking you to reactivate it for my device.
